Her diverse background includes roles as CEO of a retail store, co-owner of a construction company, licensed realtor, and business school professor. This cross-industry experience equips her to provide strategic insights and practical solutions that drive lasting success.

Rosemary holds a Bachelor’s in Education, a Post-Baccalaureate in Inclusive Education and Counselling, a Master’s in Adult Education, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration.

I’m passionate about travel—if I haven’t been somewhere, I want to go. I get bored easily, so I enjoy working from new locations, exploring both cities and landscapes. This curiosity extends to people and their professional journeys, which inspires my approach to helping individuals and organizations find clarity and take meaningful steps forward. I’m equally drawn to the vastness of the Manitoba prairies and the ever-changing ocean as both remind me of the importance of perspective, adaptability, and embracing new possibilities.
